TIP OF THE DAY — DON'T DELETE PHOTOS TOO QUICKLY

One thing I've learned over the years is not to judge photographs too quickly.

Sometimes an image that feels special in the moment becomes a favorite weeks, months, or even years later. Photographers tend to focus on technical perfection overlooking photographs that have mood, atmosphere, or an interesting quality that isn't always obvious.

Below are a few photographs I initially dismissed but now consider special.

Before deleting images, give yourself some time. A fresh set of eyes may see something you missed the first time around.
